City preacher Reverend Lucy Natasha of the Prophetic Latter Glory Ministry International, famous on social media for her hot looks and flamboyant lifestyle, wants to get married.

Natasha has confessed she is struggling with loneliness because she is yet to meet Mr Right.

She is however optimistic that the Lord will deliver to her the right man come next year.

“I’m waiting for God to show me the right man. In fact 2019 keki tunayo. I’ll continue serving God and humanity and waiting for the right time because He is the one who determines,” Natasha said in a recent interview.

Natasha also defended her prosperity-centred by explaining that “the blessing of God makes riches, it does not bring sorrow, that’s why I don’t preach about poverty.”

Natasha also denied claims that her Ministry is being funded by controversial Malawian self-proclaimed prophet Sheperd Bushiri, a wealthy man with a big appetite for showing off his riches.

The gorgeous preacher termed Bushiri, who at one time claimed to cure HIV/Aids as well as make blind to see, as an anointed man of God but with no links to her ministry.

Controversial singer Willy Paul has denied claims that he has ventured into potato business to supplement his income during these tough economic times brought about by coronavirus pandemic.

“Me, potato business? Ni manager wangu ndio amefungua hiyo biz. Ako na shamba kubwa Nakuru so yeye ndio ana supply mahoteli kubwa na masoko” the former gospel singer, who ironically is set to drop his new album titled ‘Songs of Solomon’, clarified.

He, however, notes that he runs other businesses in the city other than music to make sure he stays afloat.

Pozee also addressed reports that Diamond Platnumz record label Wasafi (WCB) has been trying to make him its first foreign signee.

“Why would I be signed by Wasafi when I have a label Saldido International. Sijawahi kuwa na deal na Wasafi, tumefanya tu biashara za ma-songs” he explained.

The singer also addressed his beef with gospel singers Ringtone who has been his major critic as well as Bahati who has since gone ‘rogue’.

“Mimi sina shida na huyo kijana (Ringtone). Kuhusu bwana ya Diana, hatujawahi kosana na Bahati, mimi naheshimu bwana za watu sana,” he chided.

In a separate interview when he was hosted on Jalang’o show, Pozee confirmed to have quit gospel music claiming he was forced to make the decision because of “gospel industry cartels” who weren’t happy with his success.

He now considers himself as a ‘freelance’ musician who is not expected to do a certain kind of music.

His latest jam Roho Mbaya featuring Tanzanian top singer Ruby is the first song on his upcoming album Songs of Solomon.

Victor Ber breaks silence on accusations of frustrating Churchill Show artistes

Published

BY KEVIN KOECH

Churchill Show Director Victor Ber has responded to claims of frustrating Churchill Show comedians.

Comedian Zainabu Zeddy accused Ber of frustrating comedians, leading them to depression.

Speaking to Nation, Ber dismissed the claims, stating that despite the damning allegations made by Zeddy, they would still remain friends, adding that he was ready to invite her to Churchill show.

“Yes, without a doubt (I will welcome her). Since she wrote those things, I tried to keep it to myself, but she kept posting more and more and it wasn’t until Wednesday (July 8) that I picked up my phone and texted her and she called me back. I know her very well and when you watch the videos, she cannot edit the way they were,” Ber said.

The director read malice in Zeddy’s allegations, stating that someone keen on bringing down Churchill show was pushing Zeddy to heap blame on him and create a fallout within the team behind the award-winning show.

According to Zeddy, so serious is the situation that a number of comedians have sunk into depression before their eventual deaths.

Njenga Mswahili and Kasee are among the Churchill Show comedians whose recent deaths have raised eyebrows.

Zeddy revealed that sabotage is part of the game and so serious is the situation that Njenga Mswahili sunk into depression and was admitted an Mathari Mental Hospital.

“Ber never wanted any female comedians to succeed so that his wife could shine. That is the reason we have few female comedians.

“When Wanjiku put up her Comedy Queens show at KICC, the girls were threatened to perform,” posted Zeddy.

She added that Kasee who recently passed on was pushed to the limits and became homeless before her death.
