Police in Nairobi are burning the midnight oil to unravel the mystery surrounding the death of a 22-year-old woman whose body was found in her bathroom in Kilimani.
On the morning of Sunday, April 2, 2023, the woman, Kaisy Koech, allegedly went to a home party with pals.
When they heard a thump coming from the bathroom, witnesses told police that she had excused herself to take a shower.
They entered the restroom after calling the deceased and finding her unresponsive.
The 22-year-old was discovered laying on the ground holding the shower pipe in her right hand. Her first finger and chest both showed bruises.
She was taken to a local hospital in a hurry, but the doctors there declared her dead.
