Amara Realty early Christmas gift

Amara Realty has several Christmas gifts for their customers.

One of them is their plots in Katani Area, which is slightly past Syokimau.

The plots are located at the end of Katani Road which has been freshly paved by Chinese construction company Wuyi.

The plots are (1/8) acre which is 50*100 going for 1.98m payable in instalments of up to a year, and only a few of them are remaining .

Katani plots have their respective title ready.

The other offer is on their Nanyuki projects where they are selling them at a discounted price of Kshs.380,000 from the previous 400,000k.

You will need to pay a deposit of 150,000k and the remainder pay in an instalment of four months.

The plots are 100*100 which is (1/4) acre.

These are two projects one on the side of Olpajeta, 200m from the main road to Rumuruti from Nanyuki, and the other is on the road towards Maiyan Hotel 10 minutes drive to Maiyan.
