Amboseli National Park is now not allowing guides to enter the park with single use plastic, even those in coolers.
From June 2020, single-use plastic was banned within all Kenyan national parks and conservation areas.
Visitors are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottles and are prohibited from using disposable plates, cups, cutlery, straws and plastic plates.
