Andrew Kibe: I was about to fly back to Kenya from US but missed my flight {VIDEO}

Controversial US-based Kenyan Youtuber Andrew Kibe has revealed that the decision to extend his stay in the US was “accidental” but he doesn’t regret it.

During his ‘Aks Kibe Friday” Livestream on March 17, 2023, the former Kenya radio presenter said that he was about to fly back to Nairobi from Dallas, Texas, but missed his flight.

“When I went back to Dallas and was about to leave for Kenya, I missed my flight… but it was not intentional ,,,,had $400 in my pocket. I called George ujue ni mimi na wewe sasa. George akaniambia come…”

Meanwhile the pastor who officiated the wedding of controversial blogger Andrew Kibe has revealed details of the former radio presenter’s chaotic wedding, while at the same time absolving himself from blame for the failed marriage.

While responding to claims that he forced Kibe into marriage, the clergyman, Pastor Daniel Wabala, said Kibe had already introduced his future wife to his mother before he sought him out for counsel.

“This man told me he had met a girl and wanted to follow the ideals of Christianity by getting married through a wedding… as his pastor I advised him accordingly, not forced him,” said Pastor Wabala.

The pastor went on reveal how Kibe’s wedding eventually turned chaotic even before the bride and groom tied the knot.

“I advised him to follow his heart and the will of God. I encouraged him and not forced him. Later on the wedding day, the family showed up on a Friday at Langata shopping mall where Faith Chapel and Flamekeepers premise was. I was to officiate the wedding but as it would be during the service, the family turned wild and chairs began flying,” Pastor Wabala said.

“I was left with no choice but implored my pastors to take them to the Flamekeepers office and continue with the ceremony. His choice to walk out of the marriage was his personal decision,” the past further said.

In previous interviews, the American-based Kibe said his pastors forced him to marry. He also said that before that, he had been compelled to fast for three days before picking his wife.

Kibe said he was called into the faith at his former church and within 10 years of being a member of the church, he was married and had two children. Kibe and his wife eventually divorced and he is on record for confessing that he had been with many women at the time.

“I woke up from my marriage in 2016 and was like this marriage thing is not for me. I messed up when I was too young. Yeah, yeah, I had too many women,” said Kibe

Kibe blamed himself for failing to shut down his pastors when they began walking him down the path to marriage, saying he should have spoken out when the church told him what to do.

“I should have stood my ground. I would not have messed up someone’s life and now there are kids in the picture,” he went on.

He revealed that one of the pastors who forced him to marry was a friend of his who knew all his secrets and that he wasn’t ready to marry.

He claimed another pastor asked him to fast for three days then directed him to a woman that God intended for him to marry. Kibe was once a pastor and even attempted politics but failed at the Constituency level.
