The remains of Stafford Osore, a 36-year-old Kenyan who sadly fell and passed away upon his arrival at New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport in August, has been returned to Kenya.
On September 12, 2023, Mr. Osore’s remains landed at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), capping a heartbreaking trip from the US to his native country.
The mourning sibling of the deceased, Felix Osore, confirmed in an exclusive statement to Nairobi News that the body arrived at JKIA at around 11 am local time.
The remains were then brought to Montezuma Funeral Home, where a viewing for friends and family members was scheduled.
On September 14, 2023, Nairobi Central Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church Maxwell will have a requiem liturgy for Stafford Osore beginning at 1 p.m.
A group of friends and family members came together to pay their respects to the deceased when Mr. Osore’s body arrived at JKIA.
They congregated at the airport to witness the arrival before the body was transported to the funeral home.
