Bounty Limited wins a Global Silver Award in 2022 Monde Selection Quality Awards

Bounty Limited, is proud to announce that its brand Safari Lemonade, a carbonated soft drink, has won a Global Silver award at the 2022 Monde Selection Quality Awards.
Since 1961, Monde Selection has been evaluating the quality of consumer products from all over the world. Over 80 international experts conduct a 360° quality assessment in a completely independent way. Each product is tested individually on numerous parameters and then carefully selected according to the product category and consumer expectations. Products having met the expectations of the Jury on the evaluation are awarded with a prestigious quality award.
“We have just celebrated two years of Safari Lemonade in the market, winning this award shows that we are doing something right and we are excited about it,” Said Ms. Nina Galot, Managing Director of Bounty Limited, “The development of Safari Lemonade went through an extensive research and development process that took several years to achieve. In the development process, we were not only looking for the right flavors but the right quality to fill a gap that we had noticed in the market. The uptake of the product has continuously increased which has greatly impacted the growth of our business in the last two years”
The Safari Lemonade carbonated soft drink has just enough sweetness to balance its lemon flavor. It offers a blend of savory citric flavor as well as a touch of tangerine blends from a tongue lick away adding a very chilled sensation to the mouth, noted the judges. They also noted that it was packaged in a PET-friendly pocket-sized bottle for consumption which is an environmental plus.
Bounty Limited launched its operations in 2008, where they started bottling natural spring water that goes by the name, Safari King Water. They later expanded to Rendezvous, a non-alcoholic beverage, then to the production of the highly acclaimed carbonated soft drink, Safari Lemonade and now new to the market the, Safari Orange, also a carbonated soft drink.
Since then, they have acquired extensive expertise in quality and service, having each brand unique in terms of its design, taste and variety matching high standards of premium quality available at an affordable value. They have since been championing the women’s empowerment movement by having the highest number of employees being women.
They have also adopted the latest technology consisting of fully automated machinery to produce and package quality beverages. For instance, their state of the art filtration plant for Safari Water is fully automated for washing, rinsing, filling and sealing our bottled water, along with being operated by trained and skilled staff ensuring quality standards are always maintained. One of the first of its kind in East Africa. In turn, this has allowed Bounty Limited to utilize more than 7 depots, a large fleet of pickups and delivery vans that branch out across the country, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
“In 2025 the carbonated soft drinks market is estimated to reach the 98 million shillings value mark and as Bounty Limited, we aim to be a part of that growth hence why we are investing heavily and looking to introduce more products into the market.” Said Rita Galot, Executive Director of Bounty Limited.
