Alfred Mutua, the Machakos Governor is setting the record straight on the ongoing dating rumours.

Mr. Mutua, taking to Facebook, shut down the rumours that have been going around that he has gotten into a new relationship after they parted ways with Lilian.

Mr Mutua fell out with ex-lover Lilian Ng’ang’a last year

The Machakos Governor said the nature of work allows him to take photos with strangers and therefore the said lady was also a stranger.

“Disclaimer: I am requested daily by many people to pose for photos. I humbly agree. I take photos with strangers – men, women, groups, kids, families etc. They usually post the photos. This does not mean that I know them or that I am in business or friends with them. Wacheni mucene,” he wrote.

The rumours started when candid photos of Mutua with his supposed new catch surfaced online.
