Ann Mwathi, the mother of Jeff Mwathi, debunked the notion that her late son had two girlfriends on Friday by publishing several videos of herself with Faith Wairimu, her son’s companion.

A section of the online community responded to the footage by pleading with Jeff’s mother not to abandon the young girl when she returns to Qatar, where she is based.
Faith and another young lady named Iheart Njeri both asserted that they had a romantic relationship with the 23-year-old interior designer when word of Jeff’s passing spread online.
Hours after Jeff’s tragic death, Faith was the one to speak and give a description of what took place in his final seconds. She also uploaded recordings of herself and Jeff, one of which showed them having fun with phone filters.
Jeff was found death outside the home of Mugithi singer Lawrence Njuguna, better known as DJ Fatxo, with witnesses initially reporting that he died by suicide after jumping from the artiste’s 10th floor apartment.
Among those lined up for questioning are three other people who were in the house when Jeff died.
Even as detectives continue to piecing together events of that fateful night, DJ Fatxo has maintained his innocence, saying he had nothing to do with Jeff’s death.
