A group of people, including a wine and spirits shop owner, have been recordedtelling a cop off who had shown up at the store to ask for a bribe.

In a video circulating on social media the group took a stand against a police officer collecting bribes in Kamkunji, Nairobi.

“It is not even 11pm and you are here, go away and I don’t fear police officers from other stations including Central Police Station and Capitol Hill police station,” she is captured saying in the viral clip.

This is after the shop owner has told the cops that she has already paid for all the necessary licenses and has all the necessary documents.

She is soon joined by a group of people who shout at the officer and refuse to be intimidated.

The cop walks back to his vehicle as some members of the public laugh at him.
