Gospel singer Kambua has revealed that the pain of losing her second baby was more than what she experienced after the death of her parent.
Nothing, absolutely nothing, comes close to the pain of losing a child. It literally paralyzes you,” she said.
Ms Kambua requested members of the public to not only understand but also extend grace to those who are walking the journey of grief.
In a post on social media, the Usiku na Mchana singer explained that she will continue to have uncomfortable conversations for herself and others who may not say it openly.
She said that in most instances, grief can only be understood by the one experiencing it but those around always wonder why the individual is not moving on.
“I mean, how are you still “stuck?” It’s been weeks, months, can we move on already?” she wrote
