Optiven Limited, a real estate and land selling firm has today unveiled Optiven dance challenge to relieve Kenyans from the political pressure experienced in the country as the general elections near.
Optiven CEO George Wachiuri stated that the challenge sought to reward talents with property worth Kshs.3 million and two runners up to get properties worth Kshs.900,000 and 500,000 respectively.
He said that the company has been keen on ensuring the good awareness of beings and as part of the Corporate Social responsible they will award the best winners with the highest views with a value-added plot in Nanyuki, Konza City, and Naro Moru.

Wachiuri said that the number one highest individual or group will scoop a half (½) acre plot of land (approximately 0.2 Ha) at The Great Oasis by Optiven located in Nanyuki, worth Kshs1, 500, 000 inclusive of the transfer fee.
The second runners up will take home an Eighth 1/8) of an acre plot of land (approximately 0.045 Ha) at Prosperity Gardens by Optiven located in Konza Municipality, Machakos County worth Kshs900, Inclusive of transfer fees while the third runners up will take home an Eighth (1/8) of an acre plot of land (approximately 0.045 Ha) at Wema Gardens by Optiven located in Naro Moru worth 500,000.
Wachiuri said that approximately 3M inclusive of title transfer & other costs wi;l be made available for the entire exercise.
“You can participate as an individual or group, and post across all your social media platforms, the person with the highest VIEWS cumulatively will be the winner. The selections are done after every 2 weeks,” Wachiuri said.
