Manchester City is willing to pay up to £60m for Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips, reports have revealed.
The England midfielder, it is claimed, is ready to leave Elland Road this summer, but will need to find new representation before completing his next move.
Phillips is reportedly being chased by the country’s leading agents after his agreement with Palm Sports Management expired last week.
It is expected to be a busy summer for the 26-year-old, with Leeds willing to offer him a fresh contract to ward off interest.
