Peter Salasya, a member of parliament for Mumias East, displayed his brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser V8, year 2016.
Salasya thanked his supporters for their ongoing support in a video that was broadcast on his Twitter page on Wednesday and announced that he would launch the vehicle on Thursday.
“Finally, KDK037 is out and officially handed. Thank you, people of #MumiasEast for the amazing trust and love you have in me,” he said.
Salasya said he was going to give back his former vehicle to the people of Mumias East.
So guys, hii gari ni yenu watu wa Mumias East. Hii gari sio yangu. Mkiiona mnaona future governor wenu (So guys, this car belongs to you, people of Mumias East. This is not my car. Whenever you see it, you see your future governor),” he added.
The first time MP promised to continue serving his people and Kenyans at large.
“I will serve you tirelessly in realizing your dream, and to all Kenyans through my committee of agriculture, Regional Development alongside regional integration,” he said.
