Kenyan gospel singer Betty Bayo has tied the knot with her long-term boyfriend, Tash, in a traditional wedding.
The gospel singer took to Instagram to announce the news on Saturday, captioning a photo: ‘how it started’ on a photo of a car in the entourage written ‘Bayo and Tash Ruracio’.
The groom was captured in another photo after correctly identifying Bayo from a line-up of bridesmaids.
The singer gushed over the photo, captioning it: ‘He even knows how I smell’.
Despite the fact that the two have been dating for two years, Bayo only revealed her now-husband’s face in September of this year.
“Finally…it has been 2yrs since we met each other and became good friends, what led there after no one can explain it. I had to take time to get to know you better, What really inspired me was how you feared God, respected me and the love you showed towards me and the kids,”
“I know your past won’t come as a surprise, at least I know all your exes. You’re my answered prayer… my love I know you’re not perfect and that makes the two of us love.”
Singer Bayo was previously in a marriage with Pastor Peter Kanyari who rose to infamy after an exposé on his church sham aired on local TV.
