A car collision on Thursday in the Jogoo area along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway left three Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) troops dead and 17 others hurt.
According to the police, the KDF vehicle was being driven from Eldoret to Nakuru when the driver lost control when they reached the twin bridge area.
The vehicle overturned on the road , with all the 20 KDF officers who were on board at the time of the accident.
The injured were all taken urgently to the Molo sub-county hospital for treatment, including the driver who is currently unconscious.
The deceased’s bodies are also lying in the mortuary of the same facility awaiting postmortem.
