Veteran journalist Catherine Kasavuli battling cancer

Long serving journalist and news anchor Catherine Kasavuli is appealing for blood donation to aid in her treatment.

She is admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital Private Wing and you can donate any type of blood.

According to her media friends, Ms Kasavuli has been battling cancer.

We wish her a speedy recovery.

In June last year, Ms Kasavuli who anchored her last news bulletin on 4th July 2013, before retreating into corporate affairs came back to the limelight.
She made a grand comeback on the screen, thanks to a new deal she has signed with KBC to anchor weekend news.
