Simon Kabu, the CEO of Bonfire, is now recovering at a hospital in the city following a minor procedure.
His wife and business partner Sarah Kabu shared about Kabu’s illness. On Tuesday, Sarah posted a video of her husband being wheeled to the operating room.
An emotional Sarah wrote; “This is when you understand why they had to include IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH KWA MARRIAGE VOWS.”
“When you escort your spouse as he goes to the theatre and then he asks for a goodbye kiss before he is sedated.”

wah, yesterday was an emotional day especially that 1hr he was inside the theatre.” ” But we thank God for the procedure went on well 🙏 join me in wishing my hubby @kabusimon quick recovery.”
Sarah gave little details about Kabu’s illness, but she expressed her joy that he was now doing better.
Just a few months ago, when Sarah revealed that she and Simon had broken up, the two made headlines. Sarah implicated Kabu for leaving with their children.
Recently, she would accuse Kabu’s 24-year-old daughter of taking her children on vacation against her will. Sarah claimed that Kabu had “eloped with her kids.”
