Musyoka was conspicously absent.
Those present included Martha Karua, Sabina Chege and Peter Kenneth, all of whom have been shortlisted for the job.
“Our campaign is aware that Kenyans are anxious to know the Azimio la umoja One Kenya presidential ticket. We will make the announcement tomorrow,” a statement by Azimio Secretariat’s Spokeman Prof Makau Mutua read in part.
On Thursday, eleven-member Selection Panel of eminent persons that was tasked to find a suitable running mate for the coalition party’s presidential candidate Raila Odinga presented three names to him for consideration.

Mr Musyoka has beenpublicly, aggressively and vocally lobbying for the position, unlike the other contenders who have committed to support “whoever Baba decides to pick for his running mate.”
